After the Adventist Heritage Village we were hungry!! Pastor decided to bring us to this Mediterranean restaurant he had eaten at and thought we would enjoy. Cindy added the extra excitement with sitting on the floor, not sure Pastor and Troy were to comfy with their long legs!! But the rest of us loved it!
We started with this yummy salad, don't remember what its called but very good!
Next we ordered lentil or garbanzo tomato soup. Isabelle and I loved the tomato, Isaac and Troy loved the lentil and the rest had lots of the tortilla bread!
This was the sampler we ordered of few of... humus, falafle, eggplant, couscous, stuffed grape leaf and rice. We all loved everything except the grape leafs, Pastor ate those! You dip everything with the best tortilla shells you have ever tasted! I want the recipe unlike the ones I tried to make the other day. A bit small and thick... any advice?
If you have long legs and you don't like to sit in this position you might want to sit at the tables. Children and short people really enjoy the pillows on the floor!
