Dinner Out

Our family decided to go out just adults to celebrate our anniversary's together. What a wonderful after noon it ended up to be.
We started out at Kobe Seafood & Steakhouse Restaurant.

The atmosphere was great! Very relaxing and fun.

Troys Mom & Dad treated us all to this wonderful meal. They usually have the hustle and bustle of 13 grandchildren running around. Today was different kind of enjoyment for us all.

Us without children! Such a rare site! We had an amazing afternoon.

They first served a Kobe soup

Next was a very tasty ginger salad.

The grill chef came out to get the entertainment started. Each grill had their own grill chef. Around the grills you could sit about 10 people.

He started us right out with a flaming HOT grill fire!

After some tricks with his eggs, he began our meal with some fried rice.

When the meat came out, he made a onion volcano and it erupted!

As the meat was finishing up the veggies came onto the grill.

Kerri was the only one not eating from the grill. Her plate was a beautiful arrangement of sushi. Sushi is defiantly food art at its best!

Troy and I had never tried sushi, so we went out on a limb and tried some avocado sushi. It must be an acquired taste!

This plate was their veggie delight! Yum!
Everyone had different meats with the same veggies, noodles and rice.

Soon our plates all looked like this, and we were off for a peaceful visit to Grandma Smit.
Afterward we gathered at Dad and Moms for desert. We all were able to sit and enjoy each other without having to tend to children. A very different feeling for most of us.
All in all it was a great afternoon with our loved ones. We truly are thankful for each and every one of you! We love you so much! We are excited about next time already!
Thanks again Dad and Mom for the wonderful afternoon.
